We stand behind the quality of Aage Spray and want you to feel confident trying it.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return: Just let us know within the 30-day return window, for any reason and we’ll refund you. You must provide us with your order number.
Trying the Product
We understand that skincare products need to be tried.
- If you purchase more than one bottle, the first bottle will be refunded. The additional bottles will be refunded once the unopened bottle are returned to:
435 Merchant Walk Square, Suite 300-164, Charlottesville,
VA 22902.
This allows you to try the product while preventing abuse of the policy.

Please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
If approved, we will provide:
- Return instructions (if needed)
- Return shipping details (if needed)
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is:
- damaged
- defective
- incorrect
Contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
There are no returns on international orders
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
